We serve five areas: Miami and Miami-Dade, Fort Lauderdale and Broward, Boca Raton and south Palm Beach County, Tampa Bay (Hillsborough and Pinellas) and Naples (Collier and southern Lee). Each area has every service, with local permit offices, flood and storm points and help lines, because those differ: Miami-Dade and Broward handle elevator regulation locally and sit in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, while Palm Beach, Tampa Bay and Naples deal with the state bureau directly.
