What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, city or zip code, what you are interested in, who the lift is for, home type, floors, staircase, timeline, budget and any details you add. We also record the page you sent it from, how you reached the site (such as campaign tags and the referring site), the time, and whether you ticked the consent box, together with the exact consent wording shown to you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, arrange a home visit and prepare a quote. We also use it to run and improve this service, to prevent spam and abuse, and to keep records of consent.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the local installer who will visit, quote and carry out the work for you. We use service providers to host the site, store requests, send email and measure site use (Google Analytics), and Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. We do not sell your information.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box, Florida Home Mobility and the local installer handling your request may call and text you about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Calls to our numbers may be recorded, and you will hear a notice first.

Health information

Please share only what helps us plan the lift, such as whether a wheelchair or walker needs to travel in it. You do not need to tell us about any medical condition.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page or by emailing support@firstclasscontractors.com.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
